GUIDELINES:    Guidelines for the Parents 



 Do’s

Ø  Please go through the Students Diary to know all the rules and regulations. Use it as means of communication with the class teacher and check the dairy for Home Work and the teacher’s remarks, if any.

Ø  See that your ward has all the text books, notebooks and are covered with brown paper and bear the name of the ward and items of stationery right in the beginning of the session.

Ø  Send your ward(s) regularly and punctually to school no absence will be permitted without a leave application, Latecomers will not be allowed to sit in the class.

Ø  Ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform with polished shoes, trimmed hair and clean nails.

Ø  Both the parents must attend the parent Teacher Meeting.

Ø  Sign the test copies/ diary/ papers whenever sent to you.

Ø  Encourage them to participate in the CCA & CCE for right life style.

Ø  Pay the fees as per schedule.

Ø  Intimate the school in case of change in address, telephone number.

Don’ts

Ø  Don’t send the child if suffering from infectious / contagious disease and a fitness certificate should be furnished from a medical authority at the time of rejoining the school after illness.

Ø  Don’t send money or valuable articles with the students. The school takes no responsibility if they are lost.

Ø  Don’t visit the teacher at his / her residence.

Ø  Neither walk in the class room nor meet a teacher in the staff room. Please see the teacher with prior appointment through the Principal.

Ø  Do not send visitors and guests to meet your child in school.

Ø  Keep a record of fee receipts, fee cards and work sheets, answer sheets, circulars and letters from the school.

Ø  Ensure that your child reaches school five minutes before time.

Ø  Do not give your ward two wheeler to come to school.

Ø  Violence in any kind would lead to suspension / rustication / expulsion.

Some general instructions to the parents (Academics)

1.  Parents must attend Parents’ Teachers Meeting to know the latest academic progress of their wards

     (i) Every Saturday (during CCA pds.) for Board classes (VIII, X, XII)

    (ii) Last working day of the month for all the classes.

2.  C.B.S.E. norms will be followed for promotion to the next higher classes.

3.  75% class attendance is essential to be eligible to appear at the examination.

4.  Classes for LKG & UKG will remain off on every Saturday.

 

GUIDELINE FOR STUDENTS:

  1. All the students must possess school dairy, textbooks, notebook, stationary etc.

  2. Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school. The school will not be responsible for any such loss.

  3. Application for leave must be submitted to the class teacher, a day in advance. It should be counter signed by the parent/guardian.

  4. Students must come in school uniform only.

  5. They must be clean, neat and tidy.

  6. Students should obey House Captain, Class Prefect, Teachers and other students on duty.

  7. Students are not allowed to leave the school during working hours. No petty leave is granted.

  8. Tiffin is not accepted during school hours.

  9. School dairy, identity cards must be with the students on all working days.

  10. Students should be regular in attendance.

  11. Any damage to the school property by the student will have to be borne by the student’s parents/guardian.

  12. The school reserves the right to take stern action even to strike of the name of the students from the school rolls who are found guilty of misconduct.
